PUBLIC NOTICE The Board of Health for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Meeting in accordance with Mass General Laws Chapter 111 section 31 on Monday, November 7, 2016, at 4:30pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on proposed acceptance of hazardous material regulations to further enhance water supply protections, copies of which may be obtained at the Administrative Assistant’s office.
